WHERE DID YOU GROW UP?
I grew up in St. Paul, Minnesota. I went to school at the University of Colorado – Boulder and never wanted to leave Colorado.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE MOVIE AND WHY?
Forgetting Sarah Marshall. My favorite movies are comedies, and this one is set in Hawaii which is one of my favorite places. Watching it makes me so happy and it just makes me want to go snorkeling and hang out on the beach.

WHAT WOULD YOUR DREAM VACATION BE?
My dream vacation would be a grand tour of Japan. It would be amazing to spend my time in sushi restaurants, visiting historic buildings and sites, skiing, and learning about a whole new culture.

WHAT BOOKS ARE ON YOUR NIGHTSTAND?
Anything from Vince Flynn. He was a great writer who went to my high school and is from my hometown of St. Paul. He passed away a few years ago, but I just love to read his books and tell others about them.

WHAT’S THE BEST PLACE YOU HAVE EVER VISITED?
The mountains of Switzerland. I was part of a trip around Switzerland, where we only traveled by train and gondola. The sights were amazing and the way of life was wonderful. We stayed in this little mountain town of Murren and had fondue at the top of the mountain.

IF YOU WERE A SUPERHERO, WHAT WOULD YOUR SUPERPOWER BE AND WHAT WOULD YOU DO WITH IT?
I would love to be able to teleport. It would make traveling and seeing the world so much easier.

WHAT DO YOU DO TO RELIEVE STRESS?
Spend time with my family, skiing and golfing. It is a great feeling to come home after a good, hard, successful day at work and get to hang out with my wife and son.

WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE OUTDOOR ACTIVITY?
Skiing. No matter the conditions, I can always find something fun to do on the mountain and skiing in Colorado is so much better than the hills of Minnesota.
