The role collaborates with other design disciplines to ensure a complete design solution. The role takes direction from the Senior Project Designer/Senior Project Engineer and incorporates all design decisions into the design documents. This role is responsible for the day-to-day design, production, and collaboration for all sizes of projects. This role is a resource to the Senior Project Designer Senior Project Engineer and should proactively assist in accomplishing the overall goals of the project.

As a Senior Lighting Designer, you will provide creative and proactive solutions for our clients and their projects. The position requires strong leadership in training designers, delegating tasks, and driving project technical design strategy from kickoff through completion. This role collaborates with and teaches other designers to ensure we continue to excel at a very high level in design. You will be working on some of our larger and more complex projects and will collaborate closely with project teams and clients to help bring your, and the team's, vision to reality.

This role focuses on assisting with the coordination and documentation needed to help ensure projects are executed in alignment with design intent. This is an excellent opportunity for an early career professional looking to gain hands-on experience in construction administration in the AEC industry. You will work closely with internal design teams and external partners to support day-to-day construction phase activities while building a strong foundation in project execution. In this role, you will assist with responding to RFIs, reviewing submittals, and participating in construction site observations.
