Senior Project Engineer

Cesar is a Senior Project Engineer with more than five years of electrical design experience supporting aviation, sports and entertainment venues, animal care facilities, and national park projects. He enjoys tackling complex engineering challenges and developing practical, well-coordinated solutions that balance technical performance, constructability, and client goals. Drawn to the industry by the opportunity to see his designs come to life on a large scale, Cesar takes pride in delivering thoughtful designs that are both functional and dependable.

At AE Design, Cesar supports electrical system design from concept through construction, helping clients navigate unique project requirements while delivering quality outcomes. To him, great design means taking ownership of a project, thoroughly reviewing every detail, and producing a solution he is proud to stand behind.

Outside of work, Cesar enjoys weightlifting, basketball, anime, light novels, and story-driven video games. His favorite travel destination is Cancun, a longtime family vacation spot that remains his go-to destination for sun and relaxation.
