Heidi’s journey into the engineering and design world began at 360 Engineering, where she discovered a strong interest in the dynamic environment of engineering and design support.

Before joining AE Design, Heidi dedicated over 30 years to education, teaching middle school Language Arts in both Aurora and Douglas County. Outside the office, Heidi enjoys reading, walking, and spending quality time with her family.
