A Colorado native, Maddie has spent the last decade living and working in Denver, where she’s built a career centered around people, purpose, and community. After spending 10 years in hospitality management—where she thrived on connecting with others—she made the leap into Human Resources about four years ago and hasn’t looked back. Passionate about inclusion, independence, and building strong communities, Maddie puts the "human" back in Human Resources.

Outside of work, you’ll find her embracing life to the fullest—whether she’s building Legos, kayaking, painting, or unwinding in a yoga class.
