Located in Broomfield, this store location represents the only other factory store outside of WeatherTech's HQ. The space provides a welcoming and casual environment for its customers, including a very friendly dog that greets customers as they arrive! The sales area of the facility includes a 10,000sf retail-showroom, client-centric coffee bar, mezzanine level administrative office, staff break room, and conference area, with the remaining 40,000sf consisting of warehouse racking, installation bays, and product shipping areas.

This facility features special electro-chromatic glass windows for the perimeter of the showroom floor which controls the daylight entering the space. WeatherTech also is provided with an alternative electrical service, derived from an on-site standby generator backup system.
